Helping the marketing team reach their goal can be done only by a leader who is dedicated, enthusiastic, comes up with logical strategies, and always ready to face any obstacle. Such a person is our Managing director, Md. Salim Bhuiyan. He is involved in a wide variety of marketing and relationship management/building activities so that orders of woven textiles can come to the table. He ensures that the quality of the products manufactured is more than perfect, and the lab is used as much as needed to develop new products. Lastly, he takes care of the benefits and the problems of the employees.

Holding the position of a Chairman is prestigious, but doing justice to the position is really challenging. However, Mr. Nayem Bhuiyan has made it through the thick and thin to make textile industry one of the strongest ones in Bangladesh. In fact, the economy of Bangladesh is developing because of its textile industry. By establishing Hajee Akter Textile & Processing Mills Limited, Mr. Nayem Bhuiyan has added an extra star to the Bangladeshi Textile Industry.

His statement – "Bangladesh's garment industry is now considered as a role model for other woven textile industries, who don't consider workplace safety as their superior concern. I’m proud that currently, most of the quality factories are located in Bangladesh. We have a clear and a long-term strategy with vision and mission for branding. I hope we only get better with every passing day.""

When a problem arises, the go-to person or the person who does the disaster management is Md. Shahin Bhuiyan. He ensures that the overall functionality of the factory is smooth. From the textiles being woven, dyed, finished or printed to getting packaged and delivered, he makes sure the entire cycle runs perfectly fine without any unwanted glitches. Mr. Shahin Bhuiyan contribution is immense. He is one of the 4 pillars of Hajee Akter Textile. His efforts to keep the employees happy and safe are beyond one’s imagination, and his precision to check the products is also impeccable. He is an amazing multi tasker!
